Membership Terms
These terms describe the paid services 上海煜禾曦信息技术有限公司 provides in the Duanlian iOS app. Read them with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Memberships and reports are sold only in the app through Apple's in-app purchase. The website does not sell memberships or take payments.
1. Plans and allowances

Prices and currency are shown by the App Store and vary by region. Subscription allowances refresh each paid period, and unused allowance does not carry over. The 100-day pass allowance covers its full 100 days; buying another pass while one is active extends the end date, and each pass counts its own allowance. The pass is not sold while a weekly or monthly subscription is active, to avoid paying twice. After a membership ends, your records and generated reports remain viewable.
Personal and relationship reports share the report allowance; each report uses one system of your choice. Allowances belong to your Duanlian account and are shared across relationships and devices.
2. Single reports
Without a membership you can buy a single personal or relationship report. Members who have used this period's reports can buy another at the member price, which is shown only to active members and checked by our server before purchase. Each purchase adds one credit of that type. Reports use this period's membership allowance first, then purchased credits. A failed generation returns the credit. Unused purchased credits do not expire when a membership ends.
3. How usage is counted
- Each completed Moon reply uses one conversation unit, including replies to messages with screenshots. A separate completed screenshot interpretation uses one unit from the same allowance. Failed replies do not use units.
- Generating or continuing an AI rehearsal uses three conversation units. Reading, editing or saving an existing rehearsal uses no additional units.
- A completed full report uses one report unit. Failed generation releases the reserved allowance. Viewing an existing result or exporting its PDF does not use another report.
4. App Store subscriptions and renewal
This section applies only to purchases made through the App Store. Weekly subscriptions renew every week and monthly subscriptions every calendar month, unless canceled. Apple’s confirmation shows the local price, currency and period.
Apple charges the account used for the purchase. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Duanlian, or Apple’s subscription settings. Canceling leaves access available until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or Duanlian account does not cancel renewal. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
Subscription allowance refreshes each paid period and unused allowance does not roll over. Plan changes, their effective date and any price adjustment are handled by Apple. A 100-day pass bought through Apple is a non-renewing purchase.
5. Restore and refunds
To restore purchases, sign in with the Apple account and Duanlian account used for the purchase and tap Restore Purchases in the app. Report credits are recorded on your Duanlian account; credits already used for a completed report are not restored as unused. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com; see Apple's refund guide. When a transaction is refunded or revoked, the related membership may end and unused credits may be removed.
